Step 1: Marinate the Beef (while juggling homework and chores)
While your little ones tackle their homework and you multitask with chores, marinate the beef with Always Flavored Teriyaki Sauce, Ginger Paste, and Garlic Paste. Let it sit for a minimum of 30 minutes (or longer if you have more time), while you manage the household.
Step 2: Prep the Veggies (with a dash of chaos)
While the kids run around getting ready for soccer practice or dance class, transform that cauliflower into rice-sized grains using a food processor. Don't worry if it feels a bit chaotic - that's the fun part!
Step 3: Stir-Fry (and sneak in some family time)
Once everyone is back from their activities, heat up your skillet or wok and stir-fry the marinated beef. Enjoy this moment of family time as you share stories about your day while cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
Step 4: Veggie Magic (while managing after-school pickups)
Add the minced garlic, broccoli florets, and cauliflower rice to the skillet, and let the magic happen. Watch as the veggies cook up and the whole kitchen fills with mouthwatering aromas.
Step 5: Combine and Serve (amidst the family chatter)
Now, bring it all together. Toss the cooked beef back into the skillet, along with the scallions, soy sauce, and your seasonings. The sizzle and aroma will draw the family to the table, and it's time to dig in.
