1 (12-oz) pkg frozen riced cauliflower

3 Tbsp sesame oil, divided

3 Tbsp Always Flavored Teriyaki Rub, divided

¾ lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips

½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup low-sodium beef broth
Directions
Heat cauliflower rice according to package directions. Toss cauliflower with 1 Tbsp oil and 1 Tbsp Teriyaki Rub. Set aside.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook beef 4 to 6 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from pan, and set aside.
Add 1 Tbsp oil to pan. Cook broccoli, and garlic hot oil 2 minutes. Combine broth, 1 Tbsp Teriyaki Rub, in a small bowl. Add mixture to pan; simmer 4 to 6 minutes or until broccoli is tender and sauce thickens. Return beef to pan.
Divide cauliflower rice between 2 bowls. Top each with beef and broccoli mixture.
