  • Place wings in brine for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Place wings in smoker at 225 Fahrenheit on a single row until they reach and maintain a 165 internally and maintain for another 20 minutes so skin is crispy.
  • Toss wings in Ritabeata’s Sweet Virginia Love BBQ Sauce or your favorite Ritabeata sauce.
  • Place wings on either a heated grill or in over on broil for 5 minutes to add extra flavor.
