With Ritabeata’s Barbecue Sauce
1 1/2 Gallons of Water
1/2 Cup Salt
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 TBS Black Peppercorns To Guajillo Whole Dried Peppers
4 1/2 LBS Whole Chicken Wings
- Place wings in brine for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Place wings in smoker at 225 Fahrenheit on a single row until they reach and maintain a 165 internally and maintain for another 20 minutes so skin is crispy.
- Toss wings in Ritabeata’s Sweet Virginia Love BBQ Sauce or your favorite Ritabeata sauce.
- Place wings on either a heated grill or in over on broil for 5 minutes to add extra flavor.
