We are proud to introduce Uncommon Valor with Iwo Jima Beer, our newest collaboration with 6 Bears & A Goat Brewing Company.

This Buffalo-style hot sauce was created as a tribute to the courage, service and sacrifice of our veterans and their families—and to the memories that continue to bring people together.

Bold Flavor with a Purpose

Uncommon Valor combines Iwo Jima beer with cayenne, serrano, habanero and Fresno chili peppers. The result is a savory, pepper-forward Buffalo-style sauce with a solid kick of heat.

It has enough heat to make itself known without overpowering the food, making it perfect for:

• Chicken wings
• Chicken sandwiches
• Loaded mac and cheese
• Pizza and fries
• Ranch dressing
• Eggs
• Buffalo chicken dip

The name Uncommon Valor represents honor, courage and commitment. This collaboration celebrates our friends, families and community members who have served, while recognizing the sacrifices made by veterans and their loved ones.

A portion of the proceeds from Uncommon Valor will support veterans and their families.

We are celebrating the release with two special events!

Friday, August 21 | 4–7 PM

Join us for the official sauce release and the tapping of Iwo Jima beer. The team from 6 Bears & A Goat Brewing Company will be joining us and offering beer samples.

We will also have:

• $6 chicken wings all weekend
• $5 pints of Iwo Jima beer
• Uncommon Valor samples
• Bottles available for purchase

The celebration continues at the brewery! Always Flavored will be onsite with samples and bottles of Uncommon Valor available for purchase. The brewery will also be offering its own food and drink specials for the evening.
