Jalapeno Powder

Sometimes we don't have fresh jalapenos on hand and the grocery store's all out. We take dried jalapeno peppers and grind them into a fine spice powder. It's a convenient way to add the spicy flavor of jalapenos to a recipe. We like to use Jalapeno Powder in chili, guacamole, sauces, spice mixes, meat rubs, and more.
