Always Flavored Bistro & Market is looking for reliable, friendly, hard-working people who care about great food, great service, and creating flavor fans.

Always Flavored is a woman-owned bistro and market in Downtown Fredericksburg specializing in gourmet sauces, seasonings, sandwiches, and bold flavor. Our team members are the first people customers see, and they help create the Always Flavored experience every single day.

Team Member

This role is for someone who can move with urgency, help customers, prepare food, clean, stock, take orders, and work as part of a team.

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Weekend availability is strongly preferred
  • Must be friendly and customer-focused
  • Must be reliable and on time
  • Must be willing to help with food prep, cleaning, register, dishes, stocking, and customer service
  • Food service, retail, or customer service experience is a plus

Shift Manager / Team Lead

This role is for someone who can lead a shift, keep the team moving, protect the customer experience, and help run the bistro when the owner is not standing there.

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable opening and/or closing
  • Must be able to lead, coach, and correct team members professionally
  • Restaurant, café, retail food, catering, or shift lead experience preferred
