Fresh Ancho Chili Powder

Ancho Chile is a dried version of the poblano pepper. Slightly sweet and smoky, these chiles provide mild heat. Ancho chile powder is made from pulverized ancho chiles. Add to salsa, soups, stews, or enchiladas.
