These Asian Pork Meatballs with Chimichurri Seasoning are my favorite meatballs to make! They are different and delicious and by default, they happen to be gluten-free too!
Asian Pork Meatball
A delicious & quick Asian Cuisine dinner for the whole family!
Mix pork, egg, panko, and Chimichurri, in a medium bowl; shape into 1-inch balls.
Cook meatballs in olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, whisk together Teriyaki, water, and oil in a small bowl.
Add Teriyaki mix and chicken broth to skillet, let simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve Meatballs with your favorite side dish
