                      Ingredients
- 
1 Avocado 
- 
1/2 cup Dice Tomatoes 
- 
1 cup Cucumber Diced 
- 
1 can Chickpeas Drained (19 ounces) 
- 
¾ cup Green Bell Peppers Diced 
- 
¼ cup Red Onion Diced 
- 
1/4 cup Olive Oil 
- 
            
1 TBS Lemon Pepper 
- 
2 TBS Lime Juice 
Directions
- Add Chickpeas to bowl, add oil and Lemon Pepper Seasoning. 
- Add remaining salad ingredients and gently toss to combine. 
- Cut avocado into cubes and place in a bowl, gently stir to combine. 
- Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. 
Recipe Note
